How do I install Zorofin on an LG TV?

Today, install it directly. It is the same version 1.2.0 app package that was submitted to the LG Content Store.

  1. Turn on Developer Mode on your LG TV.
  2. Download the IPK from the Zorofin LG 1.2.0 release.
  3. Install it with webOS Dev Manager, the LG developer tools or another IPK installer.
  4. Open Zorofin and sign in to your Jellyfin server.

No root is needed. Listings on the webOS Homebrew Channel and the LG Content Store are in review, and this page will link them when they are live.

What can I do with Zorofin on LG?

Browse movies and shows, pick up in Continue Watching, switch accounts and watch Live TV when your server provides it. Next episodes play automatically, and the episode list opens at the episode you are on. Formats your TV cannot play are converted by your Jellyfin server.

Which LG TVs are supported?

Zorofin for LG is tested on a 2025 LG OLED running webOS 25. Other webOS versions may work, but they have not been tested yet. Playback depends on your TV model, media and Jellyfin server.

Do I need a special server?

No. Sign-in, browsing and playback work with an ordinary Jellyfin server and an account you already have. Extras such as Zorofin Home rows appear only on servers that provide them.

Connect your Jellyfin server, see the FAQ or contact app support. Also watching elsewhere? See the iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and Fire TV apps.
